Alina Tomeh

Portfolio Manager

Before joining Mindful, Alina spent four years at the Center for Effective Philanthropy, where she analyzed qualitative and quantitative stakeholder feedback, wrote reports, and presented findings to Foundation leadership. After working with 60+ funders of all sizes, structures, and focus areas, Alina brings an expertise in the components of effective, equitable grantmaking relationships and how this translates to strategic impact.

Previously, she worked in management consulting at Accenture, where she program managed technical implementations and output measurement tracking for Fortune 100 companies. She was also an AmeriCorps Vista at The Neighborhood Developers, where she helped coordinate five partners providing economic mobility programming, research and implement best practices, and evaluate program data for improvement and redesign.

Alina earned her B.A. in Economics from Smith College.

Outside of work, Alina you’ll find her hosting events to build community, going on long distance bike rides, and finding new places to explore. She’s been involved in grassroots justice efforts since before she lost her first tooth, and is passionate about ensuring that all folks have access to what they need to thrive.
